🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and develop client opportunities through business development
• Co-develop AI toolkit for deals operating model
• Lead high-impact PMI, carve-out, and value creation engagements
• Build and nurture a high-performing team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Deals/Value Creation
• End-to-end experience in PMI & Carve-out
• Proven track record of originating and delivering large complex transactions
• Extensive experience with Private Equity clients
