💼 About This Role

You'll support the Sales Operations Manager to enhance efficiency across Italy and DACH markets through process execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll help drive sales performance with actionable insights and contribute to optimization projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support to Sales team on processes and issue resolution.
• Assist in sales target setting and compensation activities.
• Build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports for KPIs.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

📋 Requirements

• 3/4 years experience supporting a sales team operationally or analytically.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Native or fluent Italian and professional fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Prior exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Interest in the food and restaurant industry.
• Experience in a multi-country or regional environment.
