You'll drive tactical execution of complex cross-functional projects within Global Operations at Twilio. You'll transform strategic vision into operational reality, bridging business intent and technical execution. This remote role lets you shape communications innovation from home.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements through end-to-end discovery.
• Cultivate partnerships across Global Operations for project scalability.
• Drive project momentum by maintaining accountability for timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks by mapping dependencies across teams.
• Generate weekly status updates and maintain documentation in Airtable.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within tech or operations.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical constraints into business tradeoffs.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles including BRD and UAT.
• Advanced experience with project management tools like Airtable, Jira, or Asana.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Global Operations functions like Customer Services or Compliance.
• PMP or other program management certification.
