💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex hydrogeologic investigations and groundwater resource projects for a premier environmental consulting firm. You'll manage production well design and regulatory compliance from inception through approval.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct complex hydrogeologic investigations and well system designs
• Lead aquifer characterization using lithologic and geophysical data
• Serve as primary regulatory liaison with ADWR and ADEQ
• Oversee project lifecycle including budgeting and subcontractor management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrology, or Geological Engineering
• Registered Geologist (P.G.) in Arizona or ability to obtain within 12 months
• 10+ years in hydrogeology or water resource development
• 2+ years leading technical teams or field programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in zonal groundwater sampling and borehole geophysics
• Familiarity with AMA regulatory framework in Arizona
• Experience with large-diameter municipal well installations
