As a part-time Dealership Attendant, you'll provide exceptional customer service in our showroom, guiding walk-in and appointment-based customers through a transparent, no-haggle car-buying experience. You'll manage inquiries, facilitate test drives, and ensure a seamless purchase process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communicator in-person and digitally
• Comfortable quickly learning new platforms and systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for showroom customers from inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up
• Work with customers in-store and via phone/email/text to understand their needs
• Facilitate showroom visits and test drives based on preferences
• Finalize vehicle selection and support order placement from inventory or online platforms
• Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience including app connectivity setup
