- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and chats
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure full satisfaction

- Document interactions in CRM and provide feedback for improvement
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or support
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Completed or partial technical studies in Business Admin, Communications, or related
- Effective communication and ability to work under pressure
