You'll lead mixed-method research projects on youth development in out-of-school-time settings for a nonpartisan research institute. Your work will generate evidence to expand opportunities for youth. This role offers remote flexibility within the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day project operations as PI or project director.
• Develop timelines, coordinate staff, and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Design studies and lead data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to research proposals for federal and other clients.

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 3+ years or Master's with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Expertise in youth development in out-of-school-time contexts.
• Experience in contract research settings.
• Ability to serve as Project Director managing budgets and teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with proposal writing.
• Skills in implementation science.
• Proficiency in STATA, R, NVivo.
