• Shape portfolio strategy and investment decisions across the pipeline
• Build and advance new R&D programs with milestones and resourcing plans
• Develop integrated investment cases synthesizing science, feasibility, and value
• Lead portfolio reviews, scenario planning, and trade-off analyses

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MD in Life Sciences or related field
• 5+ years in management consulting, biotech venture creation, or portfolio strategy
• Strong understanding of biopharma R&D and clinical development pathways
• Experience with portfolio construction and risk-adjusted decision-making
