Description

You will play a key role in improving the usability, design, and overall digital experience for a OneTrust product offering, supporting deliverables for other modules, and mentoring junior designers. You will create design deliverables, analyze UX metrics, promote best practices, and serve as a UX advocate within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field
• 8+ years of experience with the full product design process from research to rollout
• Portfolio demonstrating proven UX and UI design process capabilities
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
• High proficiency in at least one UX area (research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design)

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables for the entire design process including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low/high-fidelity prototypes
• Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions
• Identify, define and promote UX best practices and templates
• Serve as a UX advocate within the organization
• Mentor junior designers on the team
