Description

You will be responsible for bringing test stands into the real world and ensuring they meet stringent requirements for the Neutron program. You will enable repeat build-test-fly operations and productionization of test infrastructure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in test engineering or related field
• Ability to analyze and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
• Proficiency in structured root cause analysis
• Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience with capital equipment and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and operate test infrastructure for qualification and load testing of Neutron primary structures
• Develop and upgrade software for test systems
• Own assembly, checkouts, and development testing of test stands
• Develop procedures and processes for primary structures tests
• Lead problem containment and root cause/corrective action investigations
