You will lead the organization's reward programs, optimizing HRIS functionality through process improvements and automations, and drive competitive global compensation and benefits solutions.

Requirements

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Demonstrated global or multi-country experience in compensation and benefits
  • Hands-on experience with HR benchmarking tools and reward surveys
  • Proven experience administering HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors); HiBob is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic global role benchmarking and maintain job architecture
  • Drive participation in global compensation and benefits surveys
  • Oversee design, evaluation, and implementation of compensation programs
  • Serve as primary HRIS system administrator and optimize configuration
  • Produce strategic HR analytics and dashboards for leadership decision-making
