You will lead the organization's reward programs, optimizing HRIS functionality through process improvements and automations, and drive competitive global compensation and benefits solutions.
Requirements
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated global or multi-country experience in compensation and benefits
- Hands-on experience with HR benchmarking tools and reward surveys
- Proven experience administering HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors); HiBob is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic global role benchmarking and maintain job architecture
- Drive participation in global compensation and benefits surveys
- Oversee design, evaluation, and implementation of compensation programs
- Serve as primary HRIS system administrator and optimize configuration
- Produce strategic HR analytics and dashboards for leadership decision-making
