Description

You'll lead the offshore recovery team during rocket recovery missions for Rocket Lab's Neutron launch vehicle. You will supervise barge operations, conduct maintenance, and coordinate with shore-side teams to ensure safe and efficient recovery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 9 years relevant experience
• 5+ years barge operations experience
• USCG Issued MMC with National Deck rating
• Valid TWIC card
• Ability to work offshore with up to 25% travel

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore team during transfer and critical recovery operations
• Conduct barge upkeep and maintenance of deck equipment
• Manage hiring process for Barge and Marine Technicians
• Coordinate crew meetings and training sessions
• Submit weekly operational reports to Port Engineer
