Description
As a Senior Analyst on the Marketing Analytics team, you will drive strategic growth by leading attribution modeling, non-paid brand analytics, and full-funnel optimization. Your insights will directly influence global marketing investments and budget allocation in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS or enterprise.
- Proven track record with multi-touch attribution modeling.
- Technical proficiency with Snowflake, Dbt, and BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
- Experience with CRM/automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of multi-touch attribution models for marketing and TOFU streams.
- Establish measurement framework for non-paid channels including brand health and Share of Voice.
- Drive annual and quarterly marketing planning with data-backed budget recommendations.
- Build projected Lifetime Value (LTV) models to guide acquisition and retention strategies.
- Analyze full B2B funnel to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
