๐ผ About This Role
You'll own relationships with Scribe's largest enterprise customers, driving adoption, expansion, and renewals. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, leading QBRs and EBRs that communicate business outcomes and ROI. This role is critical to Scribe's growth with global Fortune 500 clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of Scribe's largest enterprise customers to ensure adoption and retention.
- Drive expansion by identifying new use cases and business units.
- Lead tailored onboarding and enablement programs for enterprise clients.
- Conduct QBRs and EBRs to communicate ROI and adoption metrics.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of Customer Success experience in Enterprise SaaS.
- Full lifecycle management from implementation to renewal.
- Experience leading VP/C-suite business discussions on ROI.
- Data-driven approach to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Fortune 500 accounts at high-growth SaaS.
- Ownership of NRR and GRR metrics.
- Prior consulting or change management experience.
