You'll lead an engineering team building the B2B platform that powers how senior care providers manage referrals and relationships. Your work will directly impact millions of families finding care for their loved ones. This role combines people leadership with technical credibility in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and retain a team of full-stack engineers.
• Own delivery for the B2B platform: sprint planning and removing blockers.
• Partner with Product and Design to scope engineering work.
• Set and uphold engineering standards across code quality and testing.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2-3 years in an engineering management role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products on modern JS/TS stacks.
• Ability to review architecture and give meaningful code feedback.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with API-driven or event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to data/analytics tooling like PostHog or Databricks.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
