You'll join BRICK Buffalo Academy to support underserved students and families. You'll use data-driven instruction to ensure academic and social-emotional success. This role offers a chance to build a school culture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain a positive, safe, collaborative classroom environment.
• Execute network-adopted unit and lesson plans with accommodations.
• Use student data to inform and adjust instruction.
• Participate in coaching meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid teaching license/certification or active pathway to acquire one.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Excel.
