Description

You will build deep relationships with Missouri state correctional leaders, understand their needs, and drive the adoption of Recidiviz's products to safely reduce prison populations. You'll communicate internally and externally to align product and data work with state objectives, requiring frequent in-person meetings in Jefferson City and travel within Missouri.

Requirements

• Proactive problem solver
• Successful track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Experience working in or with state governments, preferably Missouri
• Process leadership and clear communication skills
• Ability to navigate high-intensity experiences in prison facilities

Responsibilities

• Understand and document needs of key correctional actors and justice-involved individuals
• Build deep relationships with stakeholders
• Adapt and deploy Recidiviz product offerings and data analysis for state partners
• Communicate steps for product, design, data, and engineering teams to support state objectives
• Drive partnerships towards impact and financial sustainability
