💼 About This Role

You'll use ligand binding assays for bioanalytical testing in support of drug discovery. You'll lead projects from study setup to data generation, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting. This role offers hands-on work with ELISA and MSD platforms in a GLP-regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute assigned projects including R&D and method validation.
• Design experiments and evaluate outcomes against SOPs and protocols.
• Act as lead scientist, training junior staff and interacting with clients.
• Troubleshoot scientific problems and recommend solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific field with 2-4 years bioanalytical lab experience.
• Hands-on experience in GLP-regulated laboratory environment.
• Experience with ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD, or similar).
• Experience supporting method development, validation, and troubleshooting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with protein biology, immunology, or biomarker analysis.
• Familiarity with assay performance characteristics (precision, accuracy, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOP-driven workflows.
