You'll lead lithography process development for next-generation optical waveguide manufacturing at a pioneer in augmented reality. Your work directly improves yield, throughput, and optical quality in a cleanroom semiconductor environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead lithography process development and optimization for wafer manufacturing
• Drive process control, yield improvement using DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis
• Support process transfer from R&D to manufacturing including IQ/OQ/PQ
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and improve process stability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in nanofabrication or wafer lithography
• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Hands-on cleanroom wafer processing experience
• Strong understanding of SPC, DOE, and structured root cause analysis

• M.S. or Ph.D. in related engineering discipline
• Experience with wafer-level optics or photonics
• Familiarity with JMP, statistical analysis tools, or process automation systems
