💼 About This Role

You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle for an AI infrastructure company in Latin America, building pipeline and closing mid-market deals from scratch. You'll partner with founders to create the sales playbook and turn a proven product into a scalable revenue engine. This role offers zero-to-one ownership and direct impact on company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close for mid-market accounts
  • Build and maintain a pipeline in Solar, Real Estate, Finance, and Education
  • Execute "rip and replace" sales motions replacing legacy CRM workflows
  • Develop outbound strategies including cold email sequences and qualification frameworks

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Latin America
  • Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience building pipeline in outbound-driven environments
  • Fluent English (C1+) and native Spanish

  • Experience selling CRM, automation, or AI-driven platforms
  • Background working in early-stage startups or as an early GTM hire
  • Experience with WhatsApp-heavy or LATAM-specific workflows
