💼 About This Role
You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle for an AI infrastructure company in Latin America, building pipeline and closing mid-market deals from scratch. You'll partner with founders to create the sales playbook and turn a proven product into a scalable revenue engine. This role offers zero-to-one ownership and direct impact on company growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close for mid-market accounts
- Build and maintain a pipeline in Solar, Real Estate, Finance, and Education
- Execute "rip and replace" sales motions replacing legacy CRM workflows
- Develop outbound strategies including cold email sequences and qualification frameworks
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in Latin America
- Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience building pipeline in outbound-driven environments
- Fluent English (C1+) and native Spanish

- Experience selling CRM, automation, or AI-driven platforms
- Background working in early-stage startups or as an early GTM hire
- Experience with WhatsApp-heavy or LATAM-specific workflows
