💼 About This Role

You'll drive the CaaS platform roadmap at Anchorage Digital, building ledgerized service infrastructure for institutions. You'll combine deep product thinking with expertise in traditional finance and digital assets to bridge these worlds. This role offers the chance to shape the next generation of institutional crypto adoption at a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize the CaaS platform roadmap balancing infrastructure, compliance, and developer experience.
• Build go-to-market strategy including success metrics, adoption KPIs, and iteration plans.
• Understand system architecture and communicate clear requirements to engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, and GTM.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience building B2B2C, payment, or platform products.
• Proven track record building 0-to-1 platform products in fintech or crypto infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of platform business models including API-first and multi-tenant architectures.
• Experience with regulated financial services (AML/KYC, bank regulations, money transmission).
