You'll provide on-site IT support at the Fargo VA Medical Center, handling installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems and networks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
• Provide on-site desktop support and customer service.

📋 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED and 8+ years system admin experience.
• BS degree in CS or related field (can substitute for years).
• Active REAL ID or passport; ability to pass public trust background check.
• Experience with high-volume/high-availability systems and networks.

• Experience with Service Now ticketing system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SCOM and McAfee tools.
• Experience supporting VA or government environments.
