💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing complex litigation and guiding IP enforcement strategy for a high-growth pharmaceutical company. This remote role offers the chance to lead and develop a litigation team in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full litigation portfolio including commercial, antitrust, trade secret matters.
• Oversee strategy, budgeting, and outcomes with outside counsel.
• Provide strategic counsel on dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop the litigation and IP team.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven track record managing high-stakes litigation and external counsel.
• Broad commercial litigation experience including antitrust and trade secret.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.

• Working familiarity with IP litigation including patent, copyright, trademark.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or compounding industry.
• Knowledge of AI tools for legal operations.
