- Own day-to-day execution of lifecycle channels and retention strategy
- Build 0-to-1 testing engine for retention with automated journeys
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to improve patient satisfaction
- Synthesize data and qualitative insights to optimize the end-to-end funnel
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of DTC lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience owning email and SMS channels with retention focus
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous settings
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
