You'll act as the critical link between new merchants signing up and becoming thriving members of the SumUp ecosystem, driving product adoption and identifying growth opportunities. You'll focus on consultative upselling and ensure merchants have the right tools from day one. This role is perfect for high-energy individuals eager to launch a career in FinTech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to new merchants to guide their first transactions
• Analyze merchant profiles to recommend and sell additional SumUp products
• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to activate accounts
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly activation and upsell KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, customer support, or SDR roles
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calls
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in German and English
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
