- Manage day-to-day relationships with private practice owners
- Build experiments to improve retention and expansion metrics
- Conduct surveys and interviews to refine communication strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve messaging
๐ Requirements
- 2-8 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience
- Direct experience in customer success or similar relationship-focused roles
- Background in B2B service, ideally in regulated industry
