🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate robotic dispensing system per work orders and production schedule
• Execute setup, changeover, calibration, and validation of robot workflows
• Monitor robot performance and take corrective action or escalate issues
• Log production metrics, downtime events, and support root-cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing/production or automated equipment operation
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and process flows
