Description
In this role, you will manage and grow B2B and ecommerce client relationships through proactive, playbook-driven engagement to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and represent Payoneer at industry events.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in account management, business development, or customer-facing role
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Data-driven with strong analytical reasoning
- Proficiency with playbooks, automation tools, and CRM
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships in B2B and ecommerce segments
- Drive playbook-led engagement to maximize acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify high-potential accounts
- Maintain accurate customer activity in CRM
- Participate in events and BTL activities to drive brand awareness
