In this role, you will manage and grow B2B and ecommerce client relationships through proactive, playbook-driven engagement to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and represent Payoneer at industry events.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in account management, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Data-driven with strong analytical reasoning
  • Proficiency with playbooks, automation tools, and CRM

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in B2B and ecommerce segments
  • Drive playbook-led engagement to maximize acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify high-potential accounts
  • Maintain accurate customer activity in CRM
  • Participate in events and BTL activities to drive brand awareness
