Description

You will take ownership of a mature procurement function, leading strategic sourcing negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement. You will work across diverse spend categories in a fast-growing fintech, directly impacting cost structure and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in indirect procurement, ideally in a corporate or fast-paced scale-up environment
• Proven track record of leading tenders (RFQ/RFP), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with P2P tools (Payflows or equivalent) and procurement best practices
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Communication influence and ability to negotiate effectively in French and English

Responsibilities

• Operate strategic sourcing negotiations, including end-to-end tender processes and contract negotiations
• Act as procurement business partner, supporting all departments with advisory, process guidance, and hands-on sourcing
• Manage supplier relationships performance, including oversight of top suppliers and contractual compliance
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, advanced analytics, and identification of cost-saving opportunities
