Description

You will lead Lyft's internal audit program, serving as a strategic advisor to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance. You'll execute risk-based audits, embed agile practices, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in internal audit, consulting, or compliance roles
• Experience leading ERM initiatives
• Experience managing audits in international or multi-regional organizations
• Strategic thinker with business alignment skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field

Responsibilities

• Execute Lyft’s Internal Audit plan and operations
• Develop the risk-based annual Internal Audit plan
• Lead end-to-end audit and advisory engagements
• Present audit insights and updates to management
• Support development of enterprise-wide ERM framework
