You'll lead the talent acquisition strategy for Snowflake's R&D organization, partnering with C-suite and engineering leadership to scale the technical team. You'll shape a world-class recruiting team, driving operational excellence and embedding an AI-native mindset into every hiring process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of senior technical recruiters and sourcers
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define talent strategy
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for early career to senior technical roles
• Drive data-informed recruiting process improvements and analytics

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition
• 7+ years managing scaling teams for Engineering and Product
• Experience managing managers of recruiters and sourcers
• Expertise recruiting for enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling an engineering org from mid-size to thousands
• Influencing and coaching VP-level and C-suite technical leaders
• Track record implementing rigorous selection methodologies
