💼 About This Role

You'll own a key expansion track (international or enterprise) for a procurement intelligence platform used by 300+ manufacturers. You'll research, validate, and execute the fastest path to revenue, building pipelines and closing deals yourself. This role offers real ownership and the chance to build a team and growth engine from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research and size the expansion opportunity (market, segment, revenue)
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach and run full sales cycles
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for pricing, messaging, and sales
  • Hire and lead a team once the motion is proven

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-performance environments (consulting, VC-backed startups, founder)
  • End-to-end project ownership without oversight
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and high agency
  • Fluent German and English
