🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and manage capital strategy
• Lead ERP implementation and financial systems optimization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing or CPG environments
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and ERP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience in high-growth environments
