You'll build and own the technical systems that power modern HR functions, sitting at the intersection of HR, data, automation and AI. You'll write code, design workflows, create internal tools and develop AI agents that help P&C scale and evolve with confidence. This role offers big tech impact without corporate theatre.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the People AI & automation roadmap.
• Develop end-to-end AI systems, including tooling and orchestration.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cross-functional initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end AI-enabled solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and multi-step workflows.
• Engineering fundamentals such as version control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Workflow automation design across systems using low-code/no-code tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob).
• Experience in a P&C/HR context.
