💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the resident expert on complex accounting standards and financial reporting, leading the interpretation and implementation of FASB/GAAP standards. You'll be the strategic architect of accounting policies and procedures, working with external auditors to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain global corporate accounting policies in compliance with US GAAP.
• Assist with external audit and write technical accounting memorandums.
• Review FASB ASUs and assess impact on financial statements.
• Provide technical accounting guidance as products and operations evolve.
• Partner with Internal Audit to maintain SOX compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting and/or audit experience
• Deep mastery of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex accounting issues clearly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
