๐ผ About This Role
You'll own one of our most important customer relationships with a strategic OEM moving from R&D to production. You quarterback Parallel Domain's response, drive commercial expansion, and coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless delivery. This role offers the chance to shape a multi-year engagement at the forefront of autonomous driving simulation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the account end-to-end: relationship, commercial, escalations, expansion, renewal
- Be single point of contact for all communications; set and hold internal SLAs
- Build and maintain deep org map across customer's corporate family
- Run customer cadence: weekly tactical, monthly steering, quarterly executive reviews
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise account management experience with eight-figure customer relationships
- Track record of running a single complex enterprise account; global OEM experience a major plus
- Deep understanding of large, matrixed organizational decision-making
- Technical fluency in complex software products; simulation or ML infrastructure a strong plus
