  • Own a portfolio of accounts as primary point of contact

  • Conduct regular business reviews and translate data into insights
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to advocate for customer needs

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excitement about AI and adapting to new workflows
