- Own a portfolio of accounts as primary point of contact
- Refine AI configurations with customers to fit workflows
- Conduct regular business reviews and translate data into insights
- Partner with Engineering and Product to advocate for customer needs
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excitement about AI and adapting to new workflows
