Description

You will lead a team of Solution Engineers working with Okta's State, Local, and Higher Education accounts in the Central and Western US. Prioritize team success through professional development, own business impact reporting, and collaborate with Sales leadership to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

• 12+ years presales experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Demonstrated success selling to US Public Sector (SLED preferred)
• Ability to influence technical decision makers and executives
• Experience with MEDDPICC and Value/Outcome based selling
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers
• Own and report on business impact of team activities
• Work actively on deals, proposing strategies for success
• Frequently participate in on-site deal support
• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor Solutions Engineers
