Description

As a Customer Success Manager at AltScore, you'll own the entire customer lifecycle, driving Net Dollar Retention and building high-trust relationships with C-level clients across Latin America. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure clients achieve their business goals using our Rails of Lending platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (Enterprise SaaS or Fintech)
  • Technical fluency with API-based products; HubSpot experience a plus
  • Bilingual: fluent Spanish and English with executive-level communication
  • Owner mentality and data-driven mindset (Churn, NDR, Adoption)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Latin America

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion
  • Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through usage growth and expansion strategies
  • Advocate for customers internally with Product and Engineering
  • Use data to anticipate risks and guide long-term strategy
  • Build high-trust C-level relationships and visit key clients in LatAm
