Description

You will be the first Technical Design Program Manager in our Bangalore office, owning operational rigor for the Global Technical Writing team and driving efficiency for the India Design team. You'll build systems, streamline workflows, and remove friction so our award-winning design and technical writing teams can focus on delivering world-class user experiences at scale.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of Technical Program/Project Management experience in engineering/development.
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Experience supporting teams across different geographies (US-India).
• Track record of building systems from scratch (sizing models, Jira workflows, workload frameworks).
• Deep expertise in Jira (dashboarding, workflow creation) and spreadsheet modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to refine global backlog, size tickets, distribute workload, and automate Jira processes.
• Lead regular syncs with Product Management and Engineering to identify documentation needs early.
• Audit current workflows and streamline processes; introduce new processes as needed.
• Communicate technical program status to stakeholders with regular metrics analysis.
• Own timeline and on-time delivery; integrate Tech Pubs into Design-to-Eng handoff.
