You will develop strategic digital campaigns, manage inventory and bookings, and support pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for luxury brands like Robb Report and Artforum. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Revenue Operations to deliver data-informed media strategies that drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • Team-first attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution- and outcome-oriented approach.
  • 2-4+ years of media planning or related business experience, preferably agency or publisher.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, PIO, ClickUp, and Jira is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-informed digital media plans and RFP responses aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Oversee campaign execution from booking through delivery, including inventory management and budget reconciliation.
  • Present campaign strategy and performance insights in internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Serve as a resource on advertising products and sponsorship opportunities across all brands.
  • Support the development of new digital products and growth revenue initiatives.
