Description

You will drive proactive executive talent identification and engagement for VP-level and above roles, partnering with leadership to shape sourcing strategy and market intelligence. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build MongoDB's internal Executive Recruiting function during a critical growth phase.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sourcing experience with significant experience supporting executive searches at VP level and above
  • Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive executive talent across multiple business functions
  • Strong executive research capability with ability to independently initiate and sustain high-quality candidate conversations
  • Experience building sophisticated market maps and translating talent intelligence into actionable search strategy
  • Experience operating in high-growth technology, SaaS, or similarly dynamic environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive sourcing strategy for VP-level and above searches across technical, go-to-market, product, GA, and operational functions
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of passive executive talent for active and future leadership needs
  • Develop targeted talent attraction strategies using a broad set of channels
  • Continuously cultivate long-term executive relationships to strengthen succession and leadership planning
  • Conduct initial executive-level conversations to assess alignment against role requirements and leadership profile
