💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing pop culture shopping experience. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train team members and help drive sales targets while enjoying the satisfaction of donating meals to Feeding America with every purchase. You'll also assist with daily operations and open or close the store as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with product knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use store equipment.
