You'll build and manage partnership pipelines for a leading Fintech scale-up in Germany. You'll drive initial outreach and qualification, building a foundation for long-term commercial relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and identify prospective partners aligned with strategic priorities
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, events to build pipeline
• Support partner calls, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
• Track activity in CRM and share pipeline status updates

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of full-time work in business development, partnerships, or Fintech
• Academic background in business, finance, or economics
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Interest in growing into a full-cycle Partner Manager role
