💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with the founding team to build and deploy state-of-the-art ML models with an H100/scientist ratio >100x. You'll own a wide variety of technical decisions in data engineering, model design, training, and evaluation. This is a chance to shape a new medium in AI music at the fastest growing consumer entertainment company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and train state-of-the-art generative models from scratch
• Own entire research projects from data engineering to deployment
• Optimize distributed training pipelines with PyTorch
• Collaborate with founding team on technical decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience training state-of-the-art models with distributed PyTorch
• Intimate familiarity with data engineering, design, training, and evaluation stack
• Track record of independent ownership of entire research projects
• Extensive experience training large generative models from scratch (LLMs or diffusion models)
