Description

You'll build and maintain Neros' FPV drone program, including a fly-through course and workshops for employees and VIPs. You'll manage your own FPV lab and have resources to build hobby drones at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and racing FPV drones
• Mentorship or teaching experience with strong communication skills
• FPV race experience including track design and race ops with timing system
• Part 107 certification and FPV acro piloting skills (live and Velocidrone demo)
• Soldering and Betaflight programming knowledge

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a fleet of drones and support equipment
• Create FPV curriculum courses (repair workshops, soldering, Betaflight setup)
• Design and maintain FPV track with gates, flags, LED course, timing system
• Host open FPV course sessions and special events (races, demos)
• Maintain FPV sim setup that mimics live track for practice
