🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (NP) or NCCPA (PA)
• Qualified specialties in Internal Medicine, Family, Emergency, General Practice, PM&R, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
