  • 5+ years of hands-on support experience with track record of improvement
  • 2+ years in a leadership position with direct oversight of individuals
  • Comfortable working with SaaS support tools and innovative solutions
  • Proven record of improving support benchmarks with data-driven approach

  • Familiarity with RSA/Symantec and SQL/reporting tools
  • Grasp of financial theory and treasury management
