You'll bridge business, development, and testing teams to translate healthcare EDI requirements into user stories and technical specifications. Your work ensures accurate data exchange for claims, eligibility, and payment transactions, improving operational efficiency at scale. This role supports high-impact systems within a mission-driven healthcare environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for EDI epics and user stories.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, developers, testers, and trading partners.
• Support end-to-end EDI integration testing and vendor onboarding.
• Design, map, and maintain EDI workflows across healthcare systems.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or EDI-focused business analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare EDI standards (837, 835, 270/271).
• Hands-on experience with EDI mapping, processing, and troubleshooting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HL7, FHIR, or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with SQL and ETL processes.
