You'll manage a geographic territory and drive full sales strategy for equipment rentals in climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, and power solutions. Your core impact is expanding customer relationships and revenue. This role offers uncapped commission and a guaranteed commission period while you build your book of business.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy.
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify opportunities.
- Develop new business and expand existing customer base.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
๐ Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience and track record.
- Pump, Power, or HVAC industry knowledge (rental or construction preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
